About Ojiambo & Company Advocates

Ojiambo & Company Advocates was established on January 1, 2003. It comprises a team of Six (6) Advocates, Two (2) Legal Assistants and Four (4) paralegal and support staff.

The Advocates bring together immense potential, front-line strengths and through ongoing extensive analysis into each client’s peculiar business needs, the Firm brings a new and robust vitality into the profession.
The Firm pursues timely service delivery and client satisfaction. In line with these principles, the Firm maintains regular updates and reviews of each case or task, followed by periodical briefings.

FACILITIES

The Firm has a spacious office divided into advocate offices, boardroom, registry, accounts office, office library equipped with material in the areas of our practice, e-libraries and law reports, internet services, including wireless internet services, front office covering reception and lounge and a kitchenette for self-service. Each office is equipped with a desktop connected to a common printer and scanner, office table and chairs, telephone, bookshelf and air-conditioner. The Firm has two motor vehicles at its disposal.

PROFESSIONAL INDEMNITY

The Firm enjoys a professional indemnity cover of KShs 30,000,000.00 and is determined to enforce and protect each client’s interest within the law.

WORKING HOURS

The firm is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays but may work outside those hours where the urgency of the brief so requires.
