About Me
Nothado Lindiwe Mogale is a seasoned and client focused legal practitioner with over 15 years’ post qualification experience in private practice within Botswana. She possesses extensive knowledge of civil and corporate law with strong credentials and an outstanding track record.
In September 2010, she founded Mogale Legal Practice; one of the most prominent law firms in Francistown Botswana. Through her leadership and dedication, the firm has seen significant growth in the last ten years since its inception.
Over an above being an all rounded legal practitioner, she has also been registered as a member of the Botswana Institute of Arbitrators since 2019. In the same year, she became an accredited Civil and
Commercial Mediator with the Royal Institute of Charter Surveyors ACRE (RICS).
Beyond her legal practice, Nothando currently serves as a Board Member with Legal Aid Botswana and a member of the Conveyancing and Tariffs Committee at the Law Society of Botswana.
