About Me
Kelechi Amadi is a Senior Partner and Deputy Managing Partner at Hans Offia & Associates and leads the firm’s Corporate & Commercial, Mergers & Acquisitions, Foreign Direct Investment, and International Consulting practice groups. She advises multinational corporations, investors, and financial institutions on market entry, corporate structuring, cross-border transactions, and regulatory compliance in Nigeria’s fast-evolving business environment.
With more than eight years of practice experience, Kelechi has acted for both domestic and international clients in high-value transactions and complex corporate mandates, bringing to each matter a combination of rigorous legal analysis and practical commercial judgment. She regularly represents clients before regulatory bodies, ensuring seamless navigation of Nigeria’s corporate and tax frameworks, while also contributing expert opinions on emerging regulatory and governance issues.
Kelechi’s international perspective is informed by her academic engagements, including guest lectures at Lakehead University in Canada and collaborations with global research organizations on Nigerian law and regulation.
She is also deeply committed to advancing access to justice. Her pro bono work includes representing indigent inmates, women, and children in cases involving human rights and gender-based violence, as well as advocacy before the House of Representatives Committee on Public Petitions and the Ebonyi State ENDSARS Judicial Panel of Inquiry.
